This stone is hard and extremely fine, and can easily handle razors. Although it is quite hard, it has a better than average response compared to other such fine stones. It can also be used for carpentry tools and knives. It will leave a bright silvery and detailed sanmai polish. It is a very powerful finishing stone in every respect.
