The stone is very fine and not too hard, making it an ideal suspension donor for the extra fine and hard Awasedo stones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The stone exhibits kiita and asagi colors with a nashiji layer. The back side is uneven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aiiwatani (\u76f8\u5ca9\u8c37, \u76f8\u5ca9\u8c37\u7523, \u5ca9\u8c37, Iwatani, Iwadani, Ai Iwatani, Aiwadani)<\/strong><br>This prolific Eastern mine produced stones reputed to be hard and fine.
