These stones have a porous structure and often have small cavities called "su". Due to this structure, Suita stones quickly release their suspension, which helps to sharpen blades efficiently and evenly. They are particularly valued for their ability to give blades a high-quality finish and long-lasting sharpness, as well as a sharp contrast between the hard and softer steel (Kasumi finish).

Suitable for finishing knives, scissors, carpentry and other tools, as well as for finishing with chisels.

Dimensions approx.: 165x105x37 mm

Weight: 1450 g

Hardness: Lv 3.7

The lines are secure

We recommend using warm water for sharpening when working with any stones, as cold water impairs the grinding speed and response.

[22
179,50
0":"post-4135","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","6":"product_cat-jnats","7":"product_tag-nisshoyama","8":"product_tag-suita","9":"product_shipping_class-iprastas","11":"first","12":"outofstock","13":"shipping-taxable","14":"purchasable","15":"product-type-simple
["GET
