Delivery of goods

We deliver the goods by our chosen courier to the address specified by the buyer during the order or to a post office machine. We ship the goods within 1-2 working days.

Preliminary terms for delivery of goods:

  • In Lithuania: 1-3 working days
  • In Europe: 3-15 working days
  • Rest of the world: 10-40 working days.

Delivery price

Delivery price depending on weight:

  • In Lithuania - from €1.7
  • In Europe: from 8.3€
  • Rest of the world: from 9.8€

We also offer free shipping above a certain cart amount, which is subject to change without notice.

The courier will deliver parcels weighing up to 30 kg to the post machine, right to the door of the house or apartment. Please note that the parcel will not be transported to internal spaces or rooms, such as rooms, balconies or yards.

Refunds and refunds

Goods can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. If more than 30 days have passed since you received the items, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange, except for new products with factory defects.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if it was in the original packaging. We need your order number, money order statement or other proof to initiate a return.

Refunds can only be given for normal goods. Virtual goods (discounts, gift vouchers, etc.) are not refundable.

Change
We only replace items that are not damaged or broken by you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to info@jnats.eu and send the product to the address: Eugenijus Mockaitis, Jurbarkas, Lauko 2-17, Lithuania.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the return. A gift voucher will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift when you bought it, or if the donor had sent the order to themselves to give it to you later, we will refund the donor and they will be aware of your refund.

Product return
If you want to return the product, you should send it to Eugenijus Mockaitis, Jurbarkas, Lauko 2-17, Lithuania.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs associated with returning the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are refunded, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replaced product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive goods, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
